The objective of this project is to provide required earthwork, civil, structural, electrical, mechanical, building services, and all other associated works for the new construction of a Team House, septic and improved parking area at the NAVSOG Compound, Sangley Point, Cavite, Luzon, Philippines as identified herein.
Facilities also require reliable electrical power and mechanical, with sufficient capacity to support current operations. The facility shall be simple, with easy and safe access on the interior and exterior of the facility. Materials used shall be of high quality and require little or no maintenance once installed. Upon completion, the facility shall have the appearance of cleanliness and professionalism.
