Provide schematic and detailed Architectural/Interior design, Structural / Civil Works, Electrical, and Sanitary / Plumbing / Drainage engineering designs which include but not limited to the following:
- Complete Architectural / Interior;
- Preparation of Conceptual / Preliminary Design;
- Preparation of Detailed Design;
- Interior Design Details – Floor and wall partitions, false ceiling details, fixed and loose furniture layout, fit-out and built-up details;
- Engineering Design (Site Dependent);
- Electrical & Electronics Engineering;
- Water Supply, Sanitation & Drainage (Internal and external;
- Fire Protection System; and.
- HVAC System.
